Our Infrastructure

We possess a very large and spacious infrastructure facility which is equipped with the much required machinery and equipment that are needed for the manufacture of the fiber reinforced plastic doors and fiber products. Our facility is properly divided into several separate sub-sections dedicated for production unit, quality assurance department, warehousing unit and logistics facility. We can very easily complete the manufacturing orders, due to the well-structured process laid out for the efficient work completion. Our facility has a separate client support center which is very keen and vigilant to keep the clients informed about the order status.

Research and Development

Research and development is considered as an investment for our success in the future, thereby, we have established a scientific R&D unit in the factory. Furthermore, this R&D unit helps us to survive effectively at the time of rising competition in the market. This unit is also equipped with advanced technology and scientific methodologies that are helpful in our growth. Apart from this, the scientific technology allows our research scholars to conduct various market surveys, which are essential for upgrading the existing range of FRP/SMC Doors and various other Industrial Fiber Products. 

Our Manufacturing Process

Fiber Tech Grip Pipes are manufactured by widely used helical filament winding method. Grip Pipes manufactured by filament winding method utilise continuous glass strand roving impregnated with polyester resin and helically wound on rotating mandrel at a specified winding angle. The winding process is continuous in bi-directional layers until the desired wall thickness is achieved. Grip pipes manufactured by filament winding offers better physical properties in comparison with other method so Grip Pipes manufactured with helical filament winding method will have longer services life whthout affecting the cost of supply.
